Delete your Shater account
Request deletion of your Shater customer account and associated personal data. You do not need the app to submit this request.
Verification and processing
We verify account ownership before processing deletion and contact the email registered to the account with the expected completion date and confirmation. We will never ask for your password. Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account.
Records that may be retained
Specific order and transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations, disputes, or unresolved orders. Shater also handles associated data held by connected service providers according to the privacy policy.
Expected timeframe
We verify account ownership and process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. We email you when processing is complete.
